I'm 25 years old and I know for a fact that looking great and young will boost up your self confidence. I see to it that I exfoliate at least once a month or even twice a month. I use GT Bleaching Cream to help me remove dead skin. I don't have much of a facial problem, my pores are not that big, I don't have a lot of pimples and I have a fair complexion. But why still use GT Bleaching Cream? I use it to remove dead skin. Removing dead skin regularly encourages the production of collagen and  elastin on my skin's surface, doing so will help me look younger as I age.

GT Bleaching cream does a lot of things. I also use it to whiten dark spots on my Underarm and sometimes on my thighs. In this blog, I will share with you my routine in applying GT Bleaching Cream. I am using other GT Product as well so I will include it on the procedure.


FACIAL CARE

My Evening Routine

        1. Just before going to sleep,  wash face using GT CARROT SOAP every night.

            Pat face lightly with a towel to have it dry.

        2. With a cotton ball, apply GT CLARIFIANCE using light circular motion.

            GT Clarifiance remove deep seated dirt that soaps can not remove.

        3. Allow GT Clarifiance to dry out before applying GT BLEACHING CREAM.

            Apply the cream for 3 consecutive nights only and have it stay on my face overnight.

            Avoid applying the cream near sensitive areas like the eyes.

 

       

         *Initial reaction will be redness and swelling for a day or two. Avoid sun exposure and 

          always use sunscreen specially when you out on a day and I prefer using GT MOISTURIZING 

           CREAM SPF 60. Redness and swelling is much mor evident if you have applied large amount of 

           cream and if sweat accumulates on the area of application. Sweat is also the cause for itchiness   

           so you better watch out if your planning to apply the cream on your neck since neck is very  

           prone to sweat.

        * First time users may sometimes experience purging process. A lot of pimples will come out.

           Do not do anything to it. Never attempt to prick it but just wait until it naturally subsides.

    

         * Commonly on the forth day, you will notice that swelling and redness have subside but you will

            also notice slight darkening of your skin. Hence, this signifies that you are about to peel off dead 

            skin.

         * 5th or 6th day will be the start of the peeling process. During peeling stage, never use friction 

            around the area. Never rub skin or forcefully remove dead skin since this will cause unwanted 

            reaction. Peeling duration may take 2-3 days depending on the skin type you have.

          * For me, i prefer to have two cycles of application in a month to allow my skin to rest after 

             every intensive exfoliation.

My Morning Routine

          * As I wake up, I immediately wash my face with GT Carrot Soap to remove the cream that has

             stayed overnight on my face.

          * After taking a bath, I use GT Clarifiance again before apply GT Moisturizing Cream. I use GT

             Moisturizing Cream as my make up base and as my sunscreen.

          *Then I'm off to work!

UNDERARM CARE

         

Skin on our underarm is a lot more sensitive compared to our facial Skin that is why I just apply the cream once a month.

          *Clean and wash underarm properly before applying. I prefer to apply the cream at night after

            taking a bath.

           *Apply minimal amount of GT Bleaching Cream on the underarm area enough to cover it and

             just spread evenly.

           * Leave the cream overnight on your underarm.

      DOs and Don'ts when applying the cream on your underarm.

      DOs

          * Wear loose clothing preferably sleeveless.

          * Apply cream on a clean underarm

       

      DON'Ts

           * Don't immediately apply deodorant. Allow 24 hours to pass.

           * Never attempt to pluck, shave or wax underarm when your planning to use the cream on

              the area.

           * Pluck, Shave or Wax ONLY a week AFTER complete peeling is done .

           * Never rub the area of application or forcefully peel dead skin on you underarm to avoid

              unwanted reaction.

More or less, instructions are a lot the same with the underarm whitening. Just make sure to never apply the cream on sensitive areas below :)

  

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN USING GT BLEACHING CREAM:

*redness, swelling and stinging sensation (initial reaction & maybe due to sweating 

   and over application)

*purging process. A lot of pimples will come out on the first month of application.

*slight darkening of skin (signifies that you are about to peel off)

*Skin peeling (takes 2-3 days depending on the ski type)
*GT Bleaching cream changes color. It may appear to be yellow green to yellowish to brownish.
  Change of color does not affect the efficacy and safety of the product. The cream undergoes aging
  process.

NO-NOs WHEN USING GT BLEACHING CREAM:

*Avoid using any whitening creams when you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or if you are a 

  lactating mother.

*Avoid sun exposure when using the cream. This will cause skin to get even more redder and may 

  sometimes cause itchiness due to sweat accumulation. ALWAYS USE SUNSCREEN like GT 

  MOISTURINZING CREAM SPF 60.

*Do not apply large amount of cream on your first application. Perform skin test first.

*When skin starts to peel, do not forcefully peel dead skin to avoid unwanted reaction. Allow it to   

   finish peeling naturally.

*Never rub skin or apply any friction on the area of application due to sensitivity. 

*Avoid using other brand of products when using the cream to avoid product incompatibility which 

  may lead to unwanted reaction, irritation and hindrance of the total effect of the cream.



IMPORTANT REMINDER:
 Discontinue use if irritation persist.
